Ethical Compliance Report

We make our Code of Ethics, the ethical norms for our members, public and make available many channels through which any shareholder can contact, or report to, us about anything in relation to our ethical management.

[ How to report ]

Report of identified informant: In this case, a consent to information entry and provision is obtained. The informant is protected under the ‘Guidelines for protection of informant of unethical act’

Report of anonymous informant: A report without providing personal identity is available to anyone who is concerned about the exposure of his or her personal information.

  • Please describe in detail when, where, and how the violation of ethical management occurred.
  • Please attach a photo or documentary evidence that may assist the investigation (if you have insufficient evidence, please specify how you acquired the information and describe the details of the violation to corroborate the fact).
  • After receiving the report, we will provide you with the step-by-step progress feedback from the beginning of the investigation until it is closed. You can check the outcome via the contact method of your choice (e-mail or phone)

[ Where investigation is not warranted ]

  • In case there is no specific factual relationship or it falls under speculation or vague suspicion
  • If the details are unclear and cannot be confirmed without the additional cooperation of the informant
  • In case of simple complaints and complaints such as reporting unkind acts, expressing displeasure, or filing unilateral complaints.
  • Requiring a role beyond our legal authority
  • In case the case to be reported is in litigation

[Internal Reporting Protection Program ]

  • No discrimination of disadvantage of any kind is directed to the individual making the internal report to ensure reasonable reporting
  • If the individual making the internal report is put to any disadvantage because of having made such a report, he/she may contact the ethical management department for remedial action and protection. Upon such contact the ethical management department will take all actions possible to minimize the disadvantage.
  • The identify of the individual making the internal report and what the report is about are kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without his/her prior consent.
  • Anyone contacted for a statement or sharing of data or for other relevant purpose during our inquiry into a report received will also be given the same level of protection.
  • If an employee is involved in any unethical or illegal activity and decide to report it, he/she may be subjected to less severe sanctions.
  • The informants shall not be forced to give up his/her legal rights throughout the entire process of disclosure.
