Ethical Management Process

Code of ethics

The Code of Ethics, the supreme rule, provides detailed principles of conduct for each category of compliance for employees to make the right decisions.

Pledge on Ethical conduct

All employees sign the ‘Pledge on Ethical conduct’ each year to be fully aware of the code of ethics and vow their compliance with LSE’s ethical management.

Training on ethical management

Provide ethical management training to new hires and executives/managers to establish regulatory compliance and ethical management.

Whistleblower Protection System

Operating an unethical behavior reporting system to establish transparent ethical management.
